A Brief History of Seneca CRE
For decades, Larry Chapman has been a key figure in numerous region-defining projects and has led equally intricate developments across the country, notably as a principal at Clayco’s CRG. Some noteworthy, historic examples include architecturally significant corporate headquarters for Centene, Pfizer, Solae, Express Scripts, and Zurich Insurance.
Seneca’s inaugural project under its banner is the cutting-edge, four-story office building and lab called Edge@BRDG, serving the ag-tech industry at the Danforth Plant Science Center campus for Benson Hill.
