As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Heather oversees all financial operations of the firm and its related real estate entities as well as Human Resources.

Heather is a St. Louis native and graduate of Missouri State University. She earned a degree in Accounting in 1994. She began her career performing audit work and performed progressively more complex duties for Humes and Barrington PC, and Prudential Select Properties, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. She founded and managed Magnus Accounting Solutions, which provided short term CFO/Controller/Accountant positions, for many years before being persuaded to join the staff of one of her largest clients, Niehaus Construction Services, Inc.

Progressing from a background specializing in real estate and construction accounting, she accepted a position with Spinnaker – EMB Development, which afforded her the opportunity to work on some of the most complex real estate development transactions involving creatively structured financial models, utilizing an array of public/private partnership programs, such as historic tax credits, tax increment financing, and HUD financing. In addition to corporate level accounting, Human Resources, and IT oversight, Heather also oversaw accounting for property management of all of the organization’s holdings, furthering her grasp of real estate related financial management.

Heather has been an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), American Subcontractors Association (ASA) – Midwest Council and Association of General Contractors. In 2019, Heather was appointed by Mayor Lyda Krewson to the Railway Exchange Community Improvement District Board.
