Kyle Smith joined Seneca in 2020 as a Project Manager.

He has a broad range of experience in the construction industry having worked as both project engineer and project estimator on jobs such as the Ballpark Villages, Scottrade Center, the Friendship Villages, Hotel St. Louis and The Last Hotel.

Most recently, Kyle worked with Raineri Construction where he assisted in the design development of Delmar Divine as the Lead Estimator.

Kyle holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from Washington University St. Louis and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Missouri State University.
