Locust Grove

Locust Grove, Georgia

Do you have a project we can help with?

Locust Grove is a 450-acre land development, the result of a strategic partnership between CRG and Seneca’s Larry Chapman. Recently completed is a new manufacturing facility for Renewal by Andersen, which is expected to bring over 900 jobs to the area. In addition, a 50-acre processing facility for CarMax and a 500,000-square-foot distribution center, known as Building C, are currently under construction. Looking ahead, the development will include three more industrial projects and commercial development at the newly established interchange between I-75 and Bethlehem Road, further enhancing the area’s growth and economic potential.
