This 18 story 350,000 square foot LEED certified office building represents a new level of luxury and technology to Richmond’s business community. Utilizing high performance glass curtain walls running from floor to ceiling, the design provides the occupants breathtaking views and an abundance of natural light. The offices sit atop a 5 story garage. This state of the art urban office building welcomes custom art by Robert Stackhouse that tells the story connecting Richmond to the James River, and includes a spectacular outdoor plaza. This CRG developed project included Clayco as the design builder and Lamar Johnson Collaborative as architect.
