Express Scripts

During his tenure with CRG, Larry Chapman directed the development of numerous projects for Express Scripts, including most notably their headquarters and technology and innovation center located in the North Park Business Park in St. Louis, Missouri.  Its 225,000- square foot Operations and Contact Center features load bearing tilt up exterior walls supporting a curtain wall with insulated an insulated low-E glass system.  Planning for its North Park campus included a robust landscape and walking path infrastructure to serve staff and visitors. 

Express Scripts’ Technology and Innovation Center created a specialized interior to support its business operations as one of North America’s largest prescription drug distribution firms.  This 230,000- square foot building houses over 6,000 square feet of freezer and cooler space, advanced security systems to protect specialty drug areas.  The transparency of its operations is evident to internal observers and outside visitors via a suspended observation deck incorporating glass railings and clear epoxy floors allowing clear site lines throughout the operations space.  Larry Chapman directed development services for Express Scripts for the nine projects developed for them by CRG.  Clayco served as general contractor and Lamar-Johnson Collaborative provided architectural services.
