Nestled in the heart of St. Louis’ thriving bioscience hub, Edge @ BRDG (Bio Research Development Growth) is a state-of-the-art 160,000 square foot lab and office space located on the prestigious Donald Danforth Plant Science Center campus in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

Completed in June 2020, Edge @ BRDG marks Seneca Commercial Real Estate’s very first major project. With Clayco as the Design Builder and Lamar Johnson Collaborative as the Architect, this project came to life through creative financing and a complex legal structure that involved an Opportunity Zone Fund, a land lease, and a Chapter 100 lease.

Now serving as the new headquarters for Benson Hill—one of the fastest-growing leaders in plant sciences—Edge @ BRDG offers more than just office space. The four-story building boasts modern amenities designed to foster collaboration, wellness, and a dynamic work environment, including flexible workspaces, EV charging stations, and on-site yoga and fitness centers. It’s a space where innovation thrives, and work is as inspiring as it is productive.
