20 Research Park

Missouri Research Park, Weldon Spring, MO

Do you have a project we can help with?

20 Research Park is a cutting-edge, LEED Platinum-certified office and life sciences laboratory building, formerly home to Novus International. This innovative property is being reimagined to foster a dynamic ecosystem for emerging startups in the agricultural sciences sector. With the addition of state-of-the-art greenhouses, growth chambers, and modernized labs, the space is designed to spark growth and collaboration, ultimately driving the expansion of agricultural sciences within the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Once home to Novus International, this property was developed by Seneca’s Larry Chapman in partnership with CRG, who created this Novus International Headquarters in 2008. Novus has since moved to another location, and this property was re-acquired by Seneca in partnership with DCM Land Investors, to focus on creating incubator opportunities in the Ag-tech sector. Its robust office and laboratory facilities will be complemented with greenhouses and other similar improvements. Located in the University of Missouri System’s Missouri Research Park, this Platinum LEED-certified building should attract the best and the brightest newcomers to the Ag-tech industry.
