The four-story, 125,000 SF building includes stylish collaboration zones, a staffed coffee bar, and roll-up doors to bring the outside in. A basketball court, putting green, and bocce court are perfect for team bonding and enjoying lunch outside. Employers can lease the space needed for operations and leverage the common area amenities for all other purposes, thereby reducing companies’ footprint and lease cost.

Completed in December 2020, the design includes health and wellness features. Main entries, restroom doors, faucets, and toilets are hands-free to reduce virus transmission and maximize convenience.
