Do you have a project we can help with?
Market at Olive is an innovative project designed to drive economic growth by introducing commercial outlets in University City.
The shift from a primarily residential community to a more diverse commercial hub not only boosts sales tax revenue but also helps create a sustainable and varied economic model for University City.
Led by Seneca Commercial Real Estate and Clayco, this development spans approximately 50 acres along the north and south sides of Olive Boulevard, stretching from I-170 to Woodson/McKnight, and is set to transform the area into a vibrant commercial corridor.
The first phase of Markets at Olive featured the construction of a 160,430-sq.ft. Costco Wholesale, which opened in late October 2022, serving as the anchor store for the project. Shortly after, three multi-tenant buildings were completed, welcoming well-known retailers such as Panera, First Watch, Chipotle, AT&T, Jersey Mike’s, and Sports Clips. Additionally, free-standing buildings house popular brands like Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, and Chase Bank. Coming soon to the area are Dierbergs, Target, Seven Brew, AQ Nails, and Einstein Bagels, further enhancing the shopping and dining experience.
